See the Big Day after Mrs. VeCoya Banks, picked her final look for her big day
So, the wedding is over and guys it was absolutely perfect! I was so worried about the weather for no reason. God really smiled on our big day.
Father of the Bride walks her down the aisle to her soon to be husband
I want to give a major shout out to our day of coordinator: Ebony Vauss. She’s super organized and ensured that our big day ran smoothly.
Squad Goals with her Bridemaids. Having fun is key to a great day!!
My makeup artist: Marquia James. She did my make up, all the bridesmaids, and my mother’s makeup. She did a phenomenal job on everyone, she’s very professional and pleasant, plus I received compliments all night!
Our photographers: Burroughs Knight Photography.
And last but CERTAINLY not least, my sister Charla for doing a phenomenal job on my hair and all the centerpieces and decorations! My sister Charla did my hair, yes you heard me right, she did my hair, created all the bouquets and centerpieces. I’m telling you she’s the jack-of-all-trades!
If you’re looking to plan your wedding or are in need of any of their services, I’d recommend all of these vendors. They do phenomenal work and go above and beyond the call of duty.
Nevertheless, when it came to saying Yes to the right tress, humidity was a key factor. I often wear my hair natural but didn’t want to wear my curls out and risk them falling due to humidity. I think halo braids are elegant and I love the crown look. It also complimented the way my veil pins in my hair. Naturally, the halo braid was a win-win and the best option for me. The day was perfect, the pictures turned out phenomenal, and we were even featured on essence.com! I’m overjoyed!
Thanks for tuning in along with me on this ride!
