I just bought my CurlKit subscription! What will I receive?
For $20 every month*, you'll receive a kit filled with beauty, grooming, and lifestyle samples from both up-and-coming and well- known brands. Each delivery will include a mix of categories, as well as lifestyle items. Samples are generously sized, with enough products to allow you to figure out if they're right for you.
I signed up for the CurlKit mailing list, what’s next?
Yeahh! You’ve taken the first step to discovering new beauty and grooming products. CurlKit is not only a recurring subscriptions service, we also provide a place to discover, learn, and get helpful style advice for what’s going on in the naturally textured and curly hair industry. Our monthly emails provides you with what’s next in the natural hair community , so stay connected for continued for updates and special promotions.
Does CurlKit deliver outside the US?
Yes. CurlKit is available internationally , Especially to United States Territories, Countries within the European Union and military Bases included. Deliveries to International countries require additional custom checks, which will affect the cost of shipping. Please note: CurlKit subscriptions are non-transferable across markets.
Can I choose or opt out of certain samples each month?
Boxes always contain samples from a mix of different categories (hair care, body care, lifestyle, etc.). There is no option to opt out of a given category. We're a full discovery service and experimentation is part of the fun! When it comes to specific products within these categories, we do our best to match to your individual needs but we post weekly surveys & questionaries’ to give subscribers a chance to let us know what they are looking for in their beauty regimen. Are there any hidden fees?
Nope—all you pay is your subscription fee. There is no shipping or handling fees for the monthly CurlKit within the Contiguous US States. Please note additional shipping cost applies to all international subscriptions.
If I move, am I able to update my address for my subscription?
Updating your address is easy! Simply log into your account at www.curlkitshop.com
. You will see a link on your "My Account" page with the heading "Personal Information." Click on the link “Manage your Shipping Addresses”, enter your new information, and select choose. After you have made the update to your account please send an email to email@example.com
, letting us know about the change. We will send you a confirmation once we have applied the change. Please note that address changes for monthly subscriptions must be received before the 25th of the month prior to shipment.
Am I able to put my subscription on hold?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to place subscriptions on hold. If you need to skip a month or two, you can cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time and replace your order immediately when you are ready to begin receiving boxes again.
Am I able to cancel my membership before my first kit has shipped?
You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time; however, if your shipment has been sent before you request to cancel, it cannot be canceled and is nonrefundable.
▶ I DELETED MY CREDIT INFORMATION DOES THAT CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
NO, DELETING YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED EACH MONTH. YOU MUST SEND US AN EMAIL AT INFO@CURLKIT.COM TO CANCEL.
When can I expect my first shipment?
Check your order confirmation for an estimated shipping date. Your first CurlKit will probably arrive the month after you place your initial subscription order. All CurlKit ship from our East Coast facility and should arrive an estimated 5-10 business days after they ship. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your box's progress.
When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?
When you place your first order for the monthly membership, you will be billed for your first CurlKit immediately. After your initial CurlKit, you will be billed on the 15th of each following month.

NO YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE ONCE YOU SUBSCRIBE, JUST SIT BACK & ENJOY. WE WILL BILL YOU MONTHLY ON THE 15TH OF THE MONTH UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL. PLEASE NOTE: ( IF THE 15TH OCCURS ON A WEEKEND DAY, CHARGES WILL NOT REFLECT BILLING UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY)
If I have a CurlKit billing issue, how do I update my billing?

If I have a gift subscription, what happens when I reach my last month?
If you have a gift subscription, it will be terminated after you receive your last Kit. After your last Kit is received, you can re-subscribe and become a regular recurring subscriber. If you already have an account, log in to curlkitshop.com
and go to the ‘BUY NOW’
tab to re-subscribe, if you are having difficulties please contact us at email@example.com

Am I able to return or exchange a CurlKit?
CurlKit’s cannot be exchanged and are nonrefundable as long as you have not opened the delivered package. If you have received a damaged or defective item in your shipment, please don't hesitate to immediately write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly members can cancel their CurlKit subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Simply send us an email to email@example.com to cancel. The subscription, monthly re-billing occurs on the 15th of every month after you receive your first CurlKit. Please Note if the 15th of the month occurs on a weekend day, charges will not reflect until the following business day
. If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription, make sure to send in your cancellation request before 12 AM Eastern Standard Time on the DAY BEFORE
rebilling, otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following CurlKit.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL AND WE HOPE YOU DON’T JUST SEND US AN EMAIL REQUESTING TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ORDER # AND EFFECTIVE DATE TO INFO@CURLKIT.COM
AND WE WILL CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. WE LOCK DOWN THE SUBSCRIPTIONS ON THE 15TH OF THE MONTH. YOU MUST SEND YOUR CANCELLATION IN BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON THE 14TH IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL.
Why does my monthly recurring subscription say "processing"?
At any point in the month, the monthly recurring subscriptions will say "processing." This is the status of your subscription, not your shipping status. Each month we will send you an email confirmation with your monthly tracking number. When your subscription is cancelled, that original order will then say "cancelled."
